Coating Thickness Gauge Leeb 222 – Dual Purpose

  • Product description: Discover the Coating Thickness Gauge Leeb 222, a high-precision, dual-purpose device for measuring coating thickness on both ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
  • INQUIRY

Uses both magnetic and eddy current measurement methods to non-destructively detect the thickness of non-magnetic coatings on magnetic metal substrates (such as aluminum, chromium, copper, zinc, tin, rubber, and paint on steel, iron alloys, and hard magnetic steel), as well as the thickness of non-conductive insulating coatings on non-magnetic metal substrates (such as rubber, plastic, paint, and oxide films on aluminum, copper, zinc, and tin).

Application

The coating thickness gauge is widely used in electroplating, corrosion protection, aerospace, aviation, chemical industry, automotive, shipbuilding, light industry, commercial inspection, and other fields. It is suitable for both laboratory and on-site engineering applications. By configuring different probes, it can be adapted to various scenarios, making it an essential tool in the non-destructive testing industry.

Features

  • Two working modes: Direct mode and group mode conversion
  • Two measurement methods: Single measurement and continuous measurement (for fast readings over a large area)
  • Metric and imperial unit conversion
  • Displays the last recorded measurement upon startup
  • Optional backlight for display
  • Audible signal for measurement completion
  • Configurable measurement range with an alert when exceeded
  • Measurement data deletion options: Delete current reading, delete current group of data, delete all data in the group
  • Fully Chinese menu interface
  • Multiple calibration methods
  • Manual and automatic shutdown function
